Modivcare is unprofessional and rude, Do not get a contract with this broker company. Glenn Onodera is rude and unprofessional when holding his employees accountable, but he wants to blame the provider. Please go to MTM, where people who know the business are always professional.

Be aware when you book a Ride. Even with a confirmation # number they still pretend you need to verify everything all over again,. Worst service I have ever encountered!!

Horrible transportation company. Completely incompetent, each and every single one of you working there. My last 4 trips booked have been denied due to the incompetence of the people working at modivcare. 9 days before my appointment I call in , book my ride and am given a confirmation number and told im all set. On the day of my appointment i am sitting outside waiting for my ride and i check modivcare app and it says “trip denied”. Great place to schedule medical appointments through Humana. The staff is pleasant and friendly. They made sure that my trip was handled well after an initial problem. Was able to schedule a month in advance and then just 3 days without a problem
