Kelly Lalonde was an utter professional. My request was perhaps a little out of the ordinairy, but she didnt bat an eye, provided great service, was easy to get along with and after not going to a hairdresser for many years, has changed my mind about dealing with hair in general. I would love to come back again. Anyone on the fence out to as well
