I went there to get a refill new 2 time customer I had a different person this time his name was William he was very rude inpatient I asked him was I getting in his nerves he said I’m not going to lie yes,I said that’s how you treat new costumers he said no ,well your treating me like that and I’m new,I was also charged 50 dollars for shaped nails when my Nais were in that shape already I had a cut down I asked him you don’t remember how my nails was he said no they were shaped all different ways which they weren’t,I like Mo... read more
I’ve been coming here for years. Chau and Chloe are the absolute best!
I have been pretty consistent for 2yrs. Close to home n was Hoping it would improve back to what it was. The techs that remain now are very limited in skills. Most can not do acrylic sets or designs. I had an appt and still had to wait 30 mins after my pedicure to get a tech who could do a full set. shaping is rough n inconsistent on fingers. The prices keep increasing as well. Everything is an up charge
