Waiting for a part to my unit more than a year. No update . Very disappointed

Modify air team came to install a Humidifier for me that I had purchased. Had a minor miscommunication for the initial quote and there were some complications with the installation, however, the team was able to find a suitable solution for me got everything to work in the end without extra cost. Service was prompt and professional, and it was only response time was very prompt.
Modify Air has proved to be a reliable and professional company for all HVAC cleaning and AC maintenance services based on our experience with regular AC maintenance contract for our store. The technicians are knowledgeable and thorough in their job. I was impressed with the excellent and prompt customer service provided by Andy on a short notice this afternoon when the heating in my store was not working with freezing temperature outside and he came to our recue and fixed it right away.
