Really bad service. They barely get anything done.
Rude...They don't solve anything. The building where I live is being stolen from package and they don't provide images from the cameras, they don't respond, they don't do anything. When it's raining, water falls all over the stairs inside the building, very bad cleaning. Avoid these "managers".

If I could rate Modica Associates as ZERO stars, I would 100%. Modica Associates is the worst property management company I've had to deal with. I've lived in their Waverly Arms Condominiums for 3 years now, and have had zero resolutions to any of my issues. I've had multiple instances where I was personally yelled at by members of the Board of Trustees or people who own their own property within the building.
