If I could give 0 stars I would. These people are so rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here. If you need proof of how rude and unprofessional they are, just go through these reviews and look at the comments they have made back at people who have pointed out how rude and unprofessional they are. They need better training. Or better yet this doctor needs new staff or they’re going to run him out of business.
On November 21st, my grandpa had an appointment. He wasn’t given any notification or reminder about the appointment and he missed the appointment. Every other place gives reminders so people don’t forget to go to their appointments. And with him being on the older side, sometimes they need a reminder. He went to talk to the doctor in December. If I could give 0 starts I would. I contacted the office to see if I could get a second opinion since my current GI doctor says that my hiatal hernia doesn't require surgery. I was told I need to see a surgeon by someone who is not a doctor nor seen my chart. I asked if they knew of any surgeons who will see me with out a referral and have not heard back. Dr. Elsakr is a great doctor. I have seen him for over 25 years. I like him as a person and he is a professional at everything he does. The office staff, however, leaves a lot to be desired. I was treated rudely and received totally unsympathetic treatment. Since I was unable to get an appointment with Dr. Elsakr, I guess my relationship with him is finished and I am sad about that.
The Dr. is great but your front office needs training. Horribly rude to multiple patients as I sat in the lobby. Do better, please or don't work front office.
