I have been waiting for nearly two hours to be seen. That’s unexpected. Not sure how I can get my time back but I highly recommend this part of the experience be addressed. I am not the only person to experience this and while I hate to give 1 stars, it’s definitely accurate for the situation. I am hopeful that there will be improvement ahead based on a conversation I had with a very sweet physician assistant.
Very disappointed. I had filled out all the paperwork electronically but they claimed they never got it so I hand filled out the paperwork while I was there. I had to wait more than an hour to be seen by the doctor and then when she saw me she could not do what I had come for (removing tags) because she said she had to get authorization from my insurance company. I told her I already had authorization but she would not do the procedure. I went immediately to my insurance company and they said that I was pre approved . My ins... read more
Had to wait a little longer than usual but not bad. The assistant and doctor were very thorough. The lady who checked me out was very nice.
Had an 830 appointment wasn’t called till 9:45 other than that went well kind people
