I have been going to see Dr. Modeste since I was 7years old and have experience nothing but exceptional service with and with out insurance. He is the only Dentist I trust to perform any dental procedure on my teeth as well as my sons. He explains what is occurring or going on very well and gives his patience the option of choosing. Now as far as his staff is concerned the customer service could be better but there action for me does not diminish his work. staff sucks. won't ever answer the phone (unless it's lunch and then they can't help you then anyway) and will not return messages.

I’m sorry to report that I cannot recommend this dentist. The waiting time for both of two appointments was an hour and fifteen minutes. Of greater concern was that Dr. Modeste’s teeth cleaning appointment (for which he charged $300) lasted just 20 minutes at most, which included the time he spent injecting numbing medication.
