Kind and helpful
Just made my first purchase here and I had an amazing experience. I’m new to the Kitchener area so I was surprised to see there was no BSW however I found a lot of what I was looking for here. The customer service was excellent. The guy who checked me out was friendly, told me about the website and gave me a heads up on what products are coming in soon. I will shopping here again!
I do not recommend ! I’m so disappointed I came all the way from Waterloo cause my friend had recommended them I left early so I could get there at 10am as they say and it’s posted on their door that it’s their opening time I stood under the burning sun waiting it’s currently 10:29 and I’m just about leaving to get in the bus for another 40min ride empty handed because they didn’t care about their business or customers enough to open on time so better !!
