Sadly, my time at Moderno has come to an end due to the need to relocate closer to my job. Overall, living at Moderno has been a positive experience. This particular building is the nicest and newest on the street and the location is great—it's close to the NOHO Arts District and is almost directly next to the Chandler bike path. My husband and I have lived here for 2 years, and we love it. It's nice to only have 21 units in a building, not too many neighbors keeps the building relatively quite. The walls are thick and we never hear our neighbors, which was a huge upgrade from our last apartment. The building is new, so all the amenities are top notch and I LOVE our master bathroom over-sized separate tub. Another plus is the management and staff. Everyone is really friendly & they keep the building really clean. 5/5 would recommend living here :)
