I am extremely upset by the care my father received at this urgent care. He went in with serious symptoms, and the staff failed to properly evaluate him or recognize that he had pneumonia. Because of this, his condition worsened and he suffered unnecessarily until he was correctly diagnosed elsewhere. This was frightening for our family and completely unacceptable. An urgent care facility should be able to identify serious conditions and provide safe, reliable care. We have lost all trust in this location and would strongly ... read more
