Came in today for an EKG. Normally urgent care places worry me whether it’s the wait time or the lack of care, however I was blessed today when they assigned Crismel as my nurse. Crismels knowledge of her job made the procedure feel quick and easy. She also had great patient communication skills which had me at ease the whole time. From start to finish she wasted no time getting me my procedure and the results and she gave off the feeling that she enjoyed her job which is something I deeply appreciate. Great urgent care in Jackson Heights. Front desk was lovely and helpful, I was seen quickly, and Antoinette, my nurse, was delightful and caring. Would go back, just to hang out with Antoinette.
Watch your purse when coming here. The staff was so kind. Everyone from the front desk to the PA were welcoming and efficient but I do have two complaints. I did not have to wait long and was treated right away. Reading another review I thought I was crazy, but I also lost $40 here too and that sucks. The $40 was in my purse and when it came time to pay it was gone. They also said I did not have to pay to get stitches removed since it was a followup and are charging me $50 two weeks later. nice service
They mishandled my blood sample, and wanted me to return to provide another sample. When I went back they said I would have to wait an hour, even though I should’ve been prioritized because I was there only so they could fix their previous mistake. Mismanaged care and no respect for people’s time. Don’t recommend.
