It was a great place I think the staff changed in the front desk they claim that they never took well care this Monday passed I know they took that insurance in the past but they aren’t as professional as they were before their fore I don’t recommend the Utica modern md location especially to my family and friends
By far the worst ... I went in for lower abdominal pain and the certified doctor touched my stomach and said they not equipped and don't have the equipment and that I should go to the ER. They knew they didn't have the equipment when they read what I came there for but instead they took my $75 copay to tell me go the the ER. If I could've have them zero stars I would. STAY AWAY
Just paid $75 dollars for this doctor to tell me that nothing is wrong with me...but I'm still having trouble breathing !!!!!!! I want to see this man's license !!
This was a negative experience for me. The supposedly certified MA could even take my BP much less my temp. She half gave me the thermometer and once I got control it beeped so no temp. Got home as I almost passed out overheating as my temp was 101. I live 2 blocks away. Doctor said my lungs are clear, coughing up green phlem. I wont go back. Now I kmow why not one person was inside. The staff was gossiping and NOT working the entire time.
