Pretty chill. Pretty quick. I got tested the same day.
Had earache, which turned out to be ear infection. Both the doctor and medical assistant put the otoscope into my infected ear, said it was full of pus, and then without changing the tip, put it into my good ear. Now my good ear is infected and I have a low grade fever! Entirely preventable. This clinic isn’t safe.
This is where I go for urgent care in Bushwick. The staff is always kind, and they've treated me well each time I've been.
