Extremely disorganized. The front desk staff are very unhelpful over the phone. I've been trying to get access to my X-ray imaging for nearly 3 weeks and nobody has been able to help me.
My experience here was fantastic. I had been sick for a couple weeks and given the wrong treatment for my condition at my pcp’s office. I was seen quickly, prescribed appropriate treatment, and am finally feeling better. Everyone was patient and friendly.
The provider was super kind and attentive and made sure to check if I felt like I was being taken care of. Everyone was so nice and human, would absolutely recommend
The entire staff was great! The doctor listened to my concerns and I felt valued. The nursing and front desk staff were all very kind and professional. Plus, I was in and out in 30 minutes, even though I made the appointment less than an hour before. The membership plan is affordable and I feel better knowing that I can get great care, inexpensively, despite not having traditional health insurance.
Everyone here is very kind! Been here multiple times - never have to wait for too long and it is very easy to make an appointment either online or walk-in. Glad this is in my neighborhood.
