Everyone here is very kind! Been here multiple times - never have to wait for too long and it is very easy to make an appointment either online or walk-in. Glad this is in my neighborhood.
Had a good experience before with the response time and staff but my latest experience was bad to say the least. I went in for bad mouth sores unable to eat or do anything with my cheek swollen and the doctor refused to ask me any questions and barely listened when I described my diet and situation. He didn’t share any information and just asked why I don’t have a PCP and said if it gets bad go to the hospital. It was incredibly fast on a weekday morning. Great staff and care
I will not be coming back to a clinic who doesn’t care for their patient's. Having to beg to be seen at 7:20pm when they are open til 8:00pm is crazy than to be half assed check by a doctor is wild. I asked him to check my lungs throat ears nose like what ?? Than ended up in the hospital same night from an asthma attack I could have got treated there ! Thanks
