Christopher Vogel is a con artist. Do Not do business with him or anyone affiliated with him. I paid rent and have documents proving so, but still got an eviction! Paid rent January 3rd, 2023 and the following day I was threatened with an eviction because miraculously $4800+ in late fees popped up the very next day. Then he filed for eviction with Jungmin Realty on the 5th.
