Reception has always exceeded my expectations, Jose has always been attentive and helped me find my signature glasses!
Not sure how they’re still in business. Rude, inattentive, poor communication, lackluster insurance coverage, outrageous prices.
Absurd prices and unpleasant service by reception. $350 for eye exams. They recommend if you can’t afford it to go elsewhere.
I had so many questions because of my particular eye shape, prescription, etc. And the doctor responded to everything in very clear detail. Eye test went so smoothly. And when I had my glasses fitting? He was so patient as I looked through maybe 30 or 40 different pairs. Great experience.
Dr. Lin is great and very attentive. She has helped me get better contacts that work for me and I always love chatting with her. Jose is great as well and will make sure you get the best deal on glasses and lenses. Always a pleasure coming here!
