VERY RUDE customer service and has been every time I have ever patronized these people.New location has very weird parking. When I went out today, some bimbo cam out and rudely told me I have to move my car without explaining why.The owner came out and said the people next door complain about them and/or their parking. Now I know why. do yourself s favor - don't patronize Modern Age- use the internet. Wonder why they had to change locations? I bought a defective product. And after two days of calling they refuse to give me a refund for something that they should have refunded me for. They have everything you could ever want, except for customer service. Don't go to the shop

Went with a friend to get him a vape pen to quit smoking, since it worked for me very well. We walked in and were greeted fairly well but still lacking. Asked where there vape selection was and was directed to a bunch of very over priced and cheap vape products. I wouldn't suggest anyone that is looking for any vape products go here to get your stuff. CHEAP, OVER PRICED, and a waste of time and money.

First time visiting and I must say the service was excellent. The ladies went out of their way to help. Not the largest selection of cigars but enough to satisfy me. I will be back.

I had been a loyal customer of Modern Age in the past, so when I saw that they had a job opening, I was excited to apply. With gas prices the way they are, I wanted to know if the job was still open and called to inquire. The manager/owner answered, and before I could explain the intent of my phone call, he said, “THE AD SAID NO PHONE CALLS, “and hung up on me. Worst service imaginable. The guy that runs this place is a first rate jerk. I had never before been in a tobacco shop and dropped close to a hundred bucks on a defective electronic cigarette kit. While waiting in line to return it the next day, I said the word "crack," which is apparently poor form in a tobacco shop. The jerk behind the counter asked me to leave, which I of course did. They're an adult gift store that sells hookah & related items . They also a few cigars on the side. The service isn't bad, but it's far from outstanding.

Modernage Tobacco & Gifts is more than truck rental. Great friendly staff, pretty good selection of papers, reasonable prices. Located slightly conveniently on Baxter St. near the public library. Rental trucks available.
