We chose the limited service flat fee option, offered a 2.5% buyer’s commission (in retrospect, I think a 3% commission would have created even more traction), and saved over $19,000. If you are a bit of a do it yourselfer, I found this process to be very easy. Hired my own real estate photographer (less than $500) and created listing from previous listing that can usually be found on line. Saved ALOT of money! Process was smooth and Broker was helpful along the way. Very clear with instructions and responsive.
Melissa was fantastic to work with. She was very knowledgeable, supportive and responsive through the entire process and would highly recommend using her. You won't be sorry!!!
