It was a great experience working with Melissa. She mostly responded within mins. She is always on top of everything, consistently checking in and communicating with me, title company, lender and buyer's agent. She also explained and reminded me all the important items ahead of time. She made the whole process very transparent and much easier to go through. I will definitely recommend her to all my friends and work with her again in the future.
