Wow! Now this is the way a real estate experience should be. Melissa is a true real estate professional. I originally was expecting to have to do a lot of the work myself and that is not the case with Melissa. If you are selling a home Melissa is your choice for your broker. I would and have recommended her services even before I closed on the sale of my house. Not to mention I saved over $22,000 in commission!
