I scheduled an appointment for an estimate on a new roof and construction of a new garage. The representative came out but never took any measurements or wrote down the details of the project. He simply walked around the property while listening to my needs and suggestions. After the visit, I never received an estimate, follow-up call, or message. Complete waste of time and very unprofessional to leave a potential customer waiting without any communication.

Modern Valley went above and beyond for us! Before we moved into our home we had a list of things that needed to be fixed, walls moved, walls built and lots of painting to make it fit for our family. They showed up on time and when they said they would. They showed attention to detail and care for the things we wanted to include in our future home. Many thanks to James, Sergio and the crew we will definitely be having them back for all things to come.
