When I went to get a Covid test I had an appointment for 3 o’clock and didn’t get a call from urgent care until 3:30 asking about my symptoms which is extremely late and unprofessional, as I voiced my frustration to the caller how we aren’t there waiting for them to be ready as our time slot was 3 and we have things to get done throughout the day he claimed he wasn’t late and hung up on me which again is very unprofessional and blatantly lied that I used vulgar language, we didn’t end up getting Covid tested, so they were no... read more
Absolutely terrible experience I had today at this location. Which is very disappointing because before this incident this facility was quite trustworthy and efficient. This no longer stands true they are so unprofessional.
