Don't waste your time or hard earned money! Modern Turf allowed fungus to damage our yard, leaves on trees, leaves on plants, and decorative rock?s! I told the technician on numerous occasions that something was wrong with our yard. He said it was fungus and that he would tell somebody at the main office, but nothing was done. Another technician came to my home and said that he would fix the problem, but once again, nothing was done. The fungus got worse and moved to other areas of my yard.
