I can’t recommend a better place to find the help you need. The staff are welcoming and the environment is a judgement free zone. They offer a variety of approaches and provide a safe space to be vulnerable.
Professional, helpful, and straight forward regarding enrollment. Clinicians create a warm and welcoming environment. Would recommend.
Amy is a great and in depth therapist. She truly wants to walk beside you and meet you where you’re at in your journey. She is compassionate while also helping to hold you accountable for the goals you set for yourself. She is extremely flexible - even when I can be flaky she encourages me to simply try again!
