Today I got a personal call from the Dentist about my comment made yesterday. She apologized for the delay due to staff changes and delays with Canadian Dental plan. My rant was unfair and the High Prairie branch is a great service for our community.
The Branch in High Prairie is horrible. I am part of Canada's Dental plan and went to get a bottom partial in Dec. 2024. Should be covered and was told no. They wanted payment upfront.I am a senior it should be covered. Still don't have it, I have asked for a bill, 3 times still no bill. Not happy and would never recommend. I went on a recommend from a friend.
The worst place and the most unprofessional people. Had my 1 tooth denture a year and a half ago. Cost me money. The tooth is bigger than rest of my teeth. The color is off too cause the stain was gone the very first week. But the worst part is, evertime i put that on, it hurts my head. Cant eat anything with that. Horrible job which has given me lots of physical pain. NO BODY SHOULD GO TO THESE PEOPLE.
Dentures broke after two years, wouldn’t recommend unless you live nearby…pretty disappointed.
Beyond incredible! Not only did they transform my smile, they gave me a confidence boost I never thought was possible. Thanks to the amazing team at Modern Smiles I want to smile more. The most knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate staff I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Highly recommend and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
