Have had a wonderful experience at Modern Smiles. Everyone is very friendly and nothing made me uncomfortable while I was there. My new teeth are a great fit. They look and feel very natural. I definitely recommend them. Customer service is becoming a thing of the past but not at Modern Smiles
Modern Smiles staff, Nathan, Rae-lyn, Brock, adminn and assistants have all been fabulous! The professionalism was outstanding. Getting implants and a all on 4 appliance was a huge step for me and the carring, expertise they demonstrated reassured me along the way. Nathan's bedside manner was excellent and as a health care professional myself, that was very important to me. My denturist's office closed down several months ago in GP. Along with it went my "free repairs". Last night I broke 2 front teeth from my upper dentures. I called Modern Smiles in GP a few minutes after they opened this morning and the receptionist was lovely. She said that while they don't usually work on/fix dentures that aren't theirs, she told me to bring mine in to see if they could help. Both my husband and I have top and bottom dentures from Modern Smiles, and we are both so incredibly happy with them. The customer service is amazing there as well, they listen to the patient. Right from the receptionist to the Denturist they are all very pleasant, knowledgeable and get the job done. We are both so pleased to have our dentures look so natural, they also work to make sure your dentures fit perfectly. Staff are fast, efficient and know how to make you an amazing set of dentures.
