Everything was fine but you may want to turn the heat up in the waiting room. It was quite chilly. Maybe it's a Monday thing...
Each time I look forward to a visit to my dentist. The staff are always friendly and knowledgable about care for teeth and gums. They recommend treatments and give honest background on whether its necessary to spend the money or monitor for next appointment. They always give new patients options to get a baseline and carefully record progress to prevent downward trends. Very happy with Dr Kostas and crew!!!
The service was outstanding as usual. One of the things that I love about Complete Dental is their on time scheduling. I arrived for a 10:20 appt and it began at 10:20. Always good care and always easy. Dr. Kostas, as he does everytime, stopped by at the end of the checkup to make sure all was good.
Addendum to previous post: please disregard previous comment>> Dr. Kostas does offer payment options as it turns out. I just erroneously assumed they no longer offer that.. 100% happy with the practice and strongly recommend it!

I've been a patient of Dr Kostas for 16 years and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the dentist. Additionally, the staff is very professional, welcoming, and kind. My husband and 2 children, who are also his patients, feel the same way. We all highly recommend him and we feel as if he is part of our family.
I love working with Jennifer. She takes her time to explain what she is doing, and works to ensure my comfort during the entire process. She has cared for me for a couple of years and this relationship helps ensure the best outcomes becuase she knows me and my history. Thank you so much!
I can't say enough about this man,he is so much for the patient's satisfaction and goes out of his way to make you content.I wish I had been recommended to him years ago . Also everyone in his office can't be more helpful & pleasant to your needs.Thank You for all that you have done for my self & my husband.
I would like to say that the customer service is superior at Complete Dental. I chipped my tooth and they immediately took me in with a busy schedule. I would say a perfect 10 for the employees and a perfect 10 for Dr. Kostas.
