Appointment was right on time. Gilda was friendly and I'm sure would have answered any questions I had. Doctor was late to see me because he was working on a young child. This was explained to me and there was no problem. I have a suggestion: on the picture displays maybe you could run a some information items about the basics of a cleaning, i.e., this is why we polish or we're scraping your teeth to...I just think it'd be interesting.
Dr. Kostas and his team are truly wonderful. They provide a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere, are always professional, and are incredibly friendly. The office is beautiful space and the service is exceptional - even when not so enjoyable as a patient needing some painful work. I am sincerely satisfied with my experiences at Complete Dental Care and would highly recommend them to anyone!
The experience of getting a crown with Dr. Kostas is very easy due to the CEREC machine and the staff is always very professional.
Everyone in the office is so very pleasant and accommodating.
