I was not looking forward to have to sit in the chair for almost 2 hours. What I was dreading the most was having novocaine. This is something that I have always disliked. Dr. Kostas and Kelley made it so comfortable for me that I did not mind it at all. I am so pleased with the work and cannot wait to have the final work done. I just keep smiling......
I missed an appt. due to car problems. The office was able to fit me in 2 days later. Since it was a periodic cleaning, important to me, I was pleased and relieved.

Dr. Kostas and his team give 110% of themselves to dentistry and their patients. Appointment times impeccably kept. When you are told your appointment is 1 HR, you are in an out in 1 HR. After care is thoroughly explained for example I have a temporary retainer. I was told how to manage this temporary dental device and Dr. Kostas called to follow up from extensive work he had done earlier in the day, which is reassuring and full service in professionalism and genuine caring. Thank you Dr. Kostas and his wonderful staff.
I always enjoy coming to the office as the office staff is so friendly and personable. The quality of the dental care is exceptional as they take great care in the entire patient experience.
I couldn;t be happier with the care Gentle Dental gives. Gilda was wonderful and put some concerns at had to rest almost immediately. And Dr. Kostas as always was a pleasure to talk to. THanks
As always a fine experience across the board (as good as going to the dentist gets).
