I had my first appointment with Dr Cardarelli. I have been embarrassed to go to the dentist prior to this. Dr Cardarelli was thorough, gentle and explained everything in a manner I could understand. He made me feel very comfortable and was not judgemental so I didn't feel embarrassed in any way. I will certainly return to see him and anyone who has ever had a bad dental experience will find that Dr Cardarelli and the Complete Dental Care staff a pleasant new experience.
Explanation of my procedures was thorough and I was comfortable throughout
It is always a pleasant experience at Dr. Kotsas' office. They go out of the way to be friendly and give me appointments that are convenient. They make sure I know what I am doing right with my brushing and what I need to improve. Their ability to make a crown in one visit is awesome. Plus, Dr. Kotsas has been supportive with treatment of charity children (ours were from the Chernobyl area).
Excellent service. Reviewed all options on repairing an old filling and came up with an affordable solution.
New to the dental practice and feel like a friend vs a patient
By far the friendliest Dental office around! Always and willing to accommodate my sporadic work schedule which is huge for me. Appointment reminders by text are great as well. I'm a new patient and can say without hesitation that I will be coming here for years!
