Dr. Kostas and his staff are always pleasant and prompt! As always, I was greeted by the office staff with a smile. Although I was one of the last appointments for the day I did not feel like I was rushed. Dr. Kostas, you have quite a crew there!!!! :-)
As usual, Complete Dental Care was awesome. I had a chipped tooth. Called on Friday, afternoon went in on Monday. Half our later, good as new.
As always a great experience! The bonus was getting to see sweet Erin again! It had been many years, she wasn't a Mom the last time I saw her and now she has sweet Christian. But....the cleaning is what you probably want to know about. There is a new piece equipment that has been used the last few times, a drill type gadget to help with the tarter. Erin has an especially gentle touch that made its use much less nerve wracking for me. As I said before.....always a great experience!
I arrived early with my mom for her 1st appointment with Dr. Kostas. Mom's appointment was not until 5:20. We arrived at 3:30 (my mistake not with the Dr's scheduling). The office management and staff greeted us without a problem. When I completed the paperwork for a new patient, I came into the waiting room to find Mom was already in with Dr. Kostas!!!!!!! When we left, Mom could not say enough about the Dr. AND his staff!!!!!!!! Thank you ALL for making what Mom expected as an unpleasant experience to be quite pleasant.
