I really appreciate the knowledgeable staff when calling in with questions. Appointments are easy to schedule, I'm always taken on time, and reminders before the appointment are sufficient and do not clutter up my inbox. I also appreciate the times when I need a little extra care and time for questions. I'm never rushed and Dr. Kostas always makes time to see me and answer my questions personally.
I've been going to Dr, Kostas and his team for years. I always see Jen and she's great as is Gilda, the front desk team and Nancy with the laughing face.
I had my first appointment this week and from my initial phone call to the appointment it has been a great experience. Nancy, Kelly, and Dr. Kostas made me feel at ease, not an easy feat as I have a long history of high dental anxiety. I have an appointment scheduled for next week. :-)
The entire Team at Complete Dental does a great job. Appointments are on time. Equipment is state of the art and staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable! Completely enjoy my visits at Complete!! Thank you.
