Dr. Daza and her team were fantastic!
Billing experience here is horrendous. They took over 6 months to respond to me about billing inquiries and have billed me incorrectly twice. Be sure to ask them to pre-authorize any services as they will “validate” that your insurance will cover services and continue to bill you for them. The dental services are fine, but the billing team is why you should stay away.
I just switched to Modern Smiles when I changed jobs and got new insurance. I went in for a simple cleaning and I could not recommend this place more. The staff was super helpful and everyone as very accommodating. The office has all the modern technology you would hope for to get the best results, and Dr. Shah was super nice and gave me many good tips to keep my teeth and gums healthy.
Painless dentistry, informative every step along the process, and technologically advanced.
