It might have just been my experience but I will tell anyone I talk to, please go to other roofing companies before relying on modern roofing. Do not sign any paperwork with them. Call other companies to get quotes. The whole process took months to get done and only got done after I called and threatened to get another company to do the work. The team at Modern Roofing is top notch. They are very professional and very helpful. They made a job I was dreading seem like a cake walk. Let me talk about the crew just a little. They had just about every obstacle you can image thrown at them, but it did not slow them down a bit. They did top notch work in a timely manner. The new roof looks awesome. Thanks to the whole crew at Modern Roofing. You guys have made me a very happy customer.

Start to finish I never imagined getting my roof replaced could be this easy. Modern did all the work for me! They prepared the estimate, contacted my insurance, explained all of my options, set up the date to replace the roof. They started at sunrise and were finished by the end of the day. They cleaned everything up like they had never been there. Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and so professional. If you need your roof replaced call Modern and let them know I sent you because they also have a referral program. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

He hasn't hadn't decided not to go with him or to go with him he just... read more

Ashley did a fantastic job from start to finish. She worked with our insurance company and was in constant contact throughout the entire process. The roof replacement was fast, efficient and done professionally. I would highly recommend Modern roofing to anyone looking to replace their roof!
