It might have just been my experience but I will tell anyone I talk to, please go to other roofing companies before relying on modern roofing. Do not sign any paperwork with them. Call other companies to get quotes. The whole process took months to get done and only got done after I called and threatened to get another company to do the work. Ashley was fantastic to work with. She was very professional and a joy to work with. This was my first roof replacement and I had a lot of questions. She was always willing to take the time to explain the process to me, what to expect and when. The guys were great also. Great job done on the roof. And the clean up after was exceptional. I would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

The team at Modern Roofing is top notch. They are very professional and very helpful. They made a job I was dreading seem like a cake walk. Let me talk about the crew just a little. They had just about every obstacle you can image thrown at them, but it did not slow them down a bit. They did top notch work in a timely manner. The new roof looks awesome. Modern roofing did the job as per the contract. The next day, the sales rep returned to our home reqiring more money for decking. The agreement on the amount of the insurance check which was $18,600, was more than enough to do our roofing. It was supposed to be the complete package. No add-ons. A one and done. But they have not been back to re-install our solar panels as per the contractural agreement. When my husband calls regarding the solar panels, they dont answer or return our calls. Start to finish I never imagined getting my roof replaced could be this easy. Modern did all the work for me! They prepared the estimate, contacted my insurance, explained all of my options, set up the date to replace the roof. They started at sunrise and were finished by the end of the day. They cleaned everything up like they had never been there. Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and so professional.
