They sent my labs out of network lab and made me responsible for a few hundred dollars bill.
So displeased with this practice. They live in archaic times mailing paperwork first off. I visited for thyroid nodules. It’s been 10 days since my blood work and I was called to talk over the phone about results and although levels were off they guessed it was something and said to follow up in a year. Seirra at the front desk is absolutely amazing Darlene is also. March 6,2025. I had a horrible experience with the Yendei she made up appointments that I didn’t make. I did miss 2 appointments , agreed but the other appointments I never had. She’s rude unprofessional and don’t need to be working in the front or wherever her position is. If this is consistent thing why keep a nasty individual in your practice as she was yesterday. Dr. Liu is phenomenal. She is the first endocrinologist I’ve seen in 20 years who heard me and performed extensive test and educated me on what was being looked at. I came to her with a 20 year old diagnosis that didn’t match my symptoms or recent labs and she has been so proactive in trying to diagnose me. I highly recommend her!
If you are a man and seeking help with any hormonal issues, do not see Dr. Liu. She might be good for diabetes, but she told me that my low testosterone was all in my head, even though she held the numbers in her hand.
