We have used this company in the past and they were reasonable so we called for service on a 30 gallon hot water heater at our Camby business. They charged us $159.00 service call on top of a quote that exceeded $4100.00 to replace the hot water heater. That is absurd. If you don't want the business just say so. We had the work completed for less than 1/2 that amount.
1. Late showing up 2. Didn't even look at a single pipe 3. Quoted over 200% what the other quotes we're. If one is not interested in doing the work, just say so. It's ok to be honest.
I recommend Mike and his people for anything plumbing. They are our go-to guys. Neat, clean installation work done in a timely manner. Will handle almost any job, large or small and they will respond to emergencies with patience and a smile.
