I had a horrid experience with Modern Pest Services. My unattended house had a squirrel observed entering a hole it chewed on an upper window frame casing. I contacted this company and had to wait a month plus for their ‘animal expert’ to be available. It was March or so by the time this person was available, and I had a friend meet them at the house to let them in.
