Called Wednesday about a small hole in the eave of our house caused by a carpenter bee that a woodpecker had begun to peck at. I had told the technician that had visited our house a few weeks earlier about it and he quickly sprayed without warning as I was underneath the hole trying to show him where it was and said “that should do the trick.” The person on the phone said the soonest they could get here is Monday. I contacted Modern Pest Control to take down a small basketball size hornets nest in my backyard where my kids play at. They came within the hour and sprayed the nest. I highly recommend anyone who has a pest problem to contact them.

I highly recommend this company for all of your pest control needs. They are extremely knowledgable about pests and their service is top notch. Friday afternoon I found a heavy infiltration of ants in my kitchen. There were so many ants I didn't know how I could possibly get them all and was worried they'd completely take over during the weekend. Modern Pest Control was able to help eliminate the ant issue from my home that is near a lot of trees and it was really bad. they now just do follow up treatments. :)

Amazing group of people, they inform and make sure you are taken care of. I’m deathly afraid of rats and unfortunately had a little issue at home. But now I don’t have to worry! Sean and his crew took the fear and stress off my plate. I knew Sean before the company and I’m just so happy he has started something out where he does what he does best helping everyone out! 5/5 for sure!

Prompt and knowledgeable service! They came over the day after I called (they offered to come out 30 minutes after calling, but we were not able to). Noah was patient and answered all of my questions and concerns. Both Sean and Noah were polite and NEVER pushy. I look forward to working with them again.

We called Modern Pest Control this morning after hearing an animal in one of our walls, Noah was here within an hour of us calling! Noah was so knowledgeable and searched our entire house. He went through with us after his initial walk and explained everything he saw, he was amazing! When he left we were left feeling great about his service and confident with his ability. From now on we will only call Modern Pest Control! Thank you so much for helping us with our unusual case.. you guys rock!
