Same guy comes each time & they call me when it’s due. Also used them for roof rats in the attic. They got rid of them. Just wish my neighbor would do the same. I still hear his “pets” at night sometimes. Tough when you live in a townhouse you cant control things like that. Too bad HOA will not address.

I just started working here in May and working for 15 yrs in the Pest Control industry I have worked for all of the big companies. And so far I feel like I have made a great move coming to Modern. The ladies in the office do a great job of routing my accounts geographically minimizing as much drive time as possible. The few techs I have met or worked with have been great to me as well .
