THIS PLACE IS RUDE! MADE ME FEEL LIKE COMPLETE SHIT! NO EMPATHY! NO COMPASSION. STAY AWAY! I live in Europe and recently visited the area to visit my father who had been in the hospital for 5 months so he could finally meet his grandson (9 months old). Apparently it’s ok to charge more on the spot based on volume of hair in a shoulder waxing. Could have went to European Wax for similar pricing but wanted to support small business.
Extremely rude staff.
I’m very satisfied with my experience at Modern Nails and Spa. I had a manicure and a pedicure and both were done perfectly. Leslie and Nelida are absolutely amazing — so friendly, professional, and attentive to detail. I felt very well taken care of and will definitely come back. Highly recommend!
