I just had one of the worst experiences at this salon. Shely (or Shelby) did my Dazzle Dry manicure and clearly had no idea how to apply it properly. She rushed through the process, didn’t let the polish dry between coats, and gave me attitude when I asked about it. I left with nails full of bumps and an awful mood and I’m heading on vacation knowing this manicure won’t even last a few days. Short version: dip nails all had VERY noticeable black streaks. Owner was incredibly NASTY even though I have been a client for years. Long version: Been a regular client for 5+ years. Today, my dip nails have black streaks that I noticed as soon as I stepped outside. The owner kept ibsisting only 1 nail (still 1 too many) had the black streaks. They get no stars they snatched my niece debit card and tipped themselves how rude and unprofessional will not be goin back horrible customer service and lack of communication or care for customers

Step daughter went to get her nails done there and didn't have cash for a tip so the nail tech decided to snatch her bank card back from her and charged a tip without her permission. I do understand that people tip but tipping is a choice for the customer. This is unacceptable to the max. WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!

My niece came to do her nails and at the end of the service, after paying for the service itself and intending to tip with cash, the nail tech thought it was appropriate to snatch the card back from her and charge it again for his tip. In what world would that ever be ok?? Absolutely disgusting behavior.
