Extremely rude staff.
I’m very satisfied with my experience at Modern Nails and Spa. I had a manicure and a pedicure and both were done perfectly. Leslie and Nelida are absolutely amazing — so friendly, professional, and attentive to detail. I felt very well taken care of and will definitely come back. Highly recommend!
Days later and OUCH.
I come in here once in a blue moon for a basic manicure and it’s decent. I always find it so odd that it’s the only place I’ve ever been to, anywhere, in 20 + years that doesn’t soak your nails in a bowl. I would never allow them to cut my cuticles for that reason alone. All the nails of the people around me looked really good.
Very unprofessional. I have been a loyal client for several years, always booking my appointments with the same technician. When I scheduled my most recent appointment, the owner reminded me to be on time and not to be late — to which I responded that I always arrive on time. I would like to mention that I travel all the way from Long Island, which takes a significant amount of time. I could have easily found a place closer to home, but I chose to come to your salon because I wanted quality service and trusted my technician.... read more
