I came in to get a fill on my nails. I was greeted by someone, taken to a chair, then spoke with another person. Neither of which ended up being my nail tech. I was hoping they'd take me to a different chair, because this one was so incredibly dusty! Everything had a layer of dust on it. My technician was John. He was nice and we talked some, but I did not end up with the nails that I communicated that I wanted. I always come here and never had a problem till today… just left this place at 1:50 and the owner talking about “oh after 3 days it’s not our problem your nails crack” mind you it HASNT even been a week and the back of my nails chipped off OVER me doing the bare minimum…. The nails were thin and I asked for acrylic nails. Absolutely pathetic. Some of the workers are cool but the owner? Disrespectful. let’s do better cause the way you shown no consideration is crazy..
Everyone is nice and the atmosphere is peaceful. Wonderful people 🌷
