I want to go get my nails done over the weekend. The lady that was working on my nails seemed like she was going too fast and not taking her time. Yesterday I noticed that my nail was chipping and I went to go get it fixed this morning. When I went to go sit at her station which was number ten and I believe her name was michelle, she asked me if I had my nail file, I said no and it seemed like she was annoyed by it. I have been meaning to remove the last of a pedicure I got earlier this summer (but haven’t had time) and was driving down 9th street when I noticed this nail place that had its lights on with “walk-ins welcome” in the window. Well, I only needed polish removed and they still promptly sat me down and had it done. No fuss, no wait. It was super affordable for a removal, no one tried to upsell me and everyone was super nice. We made an appointment with them but when we showed up for the appointment they said they didn’t have anyone available until 2 1/2 hours later. Will not be returning there
I've received variable service. My last pedicure was one of the best I had. The pedicure I got this past week was one of the worst. The nail tech skipped steps and the polish job was messy, not to mention I got an infection in one of my toes. My last manicure at the beginning of June was very rushed. I had to file my nails to be even. The tech said she couldn't do it because her next client was there. I appreciate that they try to get people an appointment as soon as possible, but I'd rather wait to have a more positive expe... read more
