I no longer recommend this place after being a loyal customer for 4–5 years. I visited in January and February 2025, and had an awful experience that left my nail beds damaged from the trauma caused during removal. I made an appointment, and when I arrived, David remembered me. I clearly asked to have my acrylics soaked off—the proper and trained method. Instead, he rushed through it, speaking another language (Korean, I believe), and said that using a metal spatula tool would be faster. I trusted him, but it was a mistake. ... read more
