Wish we could leave 0 stars. My fiancee visited this nail salon today, and she is very unhappy with how her nails turned out. First of all the nail tech disregarded what she asked for, cutting her nails to the stub, instead of leaving any length like she asked and the nails are all uneven. she's been here before and has been cut several times, so she kindly asked the tech to be gentle. Thought I’d give them a second chance. The worst pedicure ever. My heels are rough and no callus removal. Nails were ok but charged extra for gel removal. The price was too high for the poor service. No more chances for then
Pretty end result but somewhat aggressive manicure experience. Gel lamps could use a wipe down. (Separate advice: be sure to specify polish only or full manicure once you walk in after you book online.)
