** Let me started by saying I used an app called ClassPass for the appointment and booked a Signature Pedicure** Many of the reviews were horrible and I still gave them a try - WELL, the reviews were correct!!! The nail salon is beautiful inside however the women are HORRIBLE with customer service skills. The nail tech was upset because I didn't like my nail color and after she repolished my toes, they looked very subpar. She barely put a top coat on and left me to dry with no instructions. Found this place one day walking around my new neighborhood. Popped my head in to ask pricing and everyone was extremely nice! Came back a few days later and got a gel pedicure and dip manicure. The man who did both did a great job, took his time, and made sure I liked everything along the way. Truly no complaints. Pricing was on par for both services, spent a little over $100. They were very rude to my sister and I when we came in, on time, for our SCHEDULED appointments. Asking “what do you want” as soon as we walked in the door. We left after about 10 minutes of no one further acknowledging us. I also looked at the reviews (which I should have done beforehand) and realized they have a reputation for being rude. I would not recommend coming here!
