They were really quick with the oil and service on the car, but they were so quick they forgot to replace our valve cap on the tire. 50 miles later we got a low tire pressure alert on the tire and had to stop, air leaking around the valve stem. 30 minutes of messing around to correct the problem and we were finally back on the road. When we called them the only way they would make this issue right was if we came back in?? So they surely knew they forgot to replace the cap...because the still have it there??? I was extremely disappointed with the dishonest service we received from Modern Tire Pros this week. We took my Jeep in for some issues it's been having. Modern Tires Pros inspected it and gave me a long list of things that needed to be fixed and it came with a VERY large price tag. Because of this, we decided to get a second opinion. We very quickly found out that Modern Tire Pros was wanting to replace a bunch of unnecessary parts. I love modern tire pros! They fixed my van for me so I didn't have to get a new vehicle. They even wanted to keep it over night and gave me a loaner so they could make sure they got everything right! You guys are awesome and I will always come to you with any vehicle I have in the future as long as I'm living here!
Most overpriced oil change ever got 94 dollars and don't even wash windows or vacuum
Wow! I ordered tires, one wasn't there this morning. On the verge of leaving, the girls in the front jumped quickly and got me a different set of tires, priced them as the ones I ordered and gave me the rebate in hand. Y'all are awesome and that's exactly what a business should be like! Thank you!
