I purchased my vehicle from Modern Motorcars and was ecstatic to learn that I now had a place to take my cars into for service. I have had nothing but great service until very recently. Beware of taking your car in for service, they will lie to you, tell you your car is ready and somehow forget to tell you there are now other problems that now need to be fixed for an additional $3500 on top of the $6500 already paid for service. I purchased my Volkswagen Tiguan from Modern Motorcars and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. Their service department is amazing and very straightforward with diagnostics and prices. Years ago, I purchased a car from BMW of Springfield and took my car there for service. The experience with BMH service department and Modern Motorcars are equivalent. Thank you Modern Motorcars!
