Great job , good communication and nice staff , keep the good work
Very frustrating experience and extremely poor communication. We were specifically told to bring the vehicle in on Friday for an estimate so we could determine whether the car was even worth repairing or potentially totaled. We never authorized repairs and never said we were moving forward with repairs before seeing the estimate. After arriving, we were met with attitude because we “just needed an estimate,” which was confusing considering that was the entire reason we were there. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! I took my XT5 Cadillac in to have the wheels re-finished. I couldn't be happier! It took a little longer than the quote, because they worked so hard to get them right!
