I was looking for a realtor to help me sell my mother-in-law’s home after her stroke. I contacted Modern Mobile after a referral from OakRidge Mobile Home Park. After convincing me that they were the best for the job we signed with them. 1 1/2 months later, after continually begging Scott to list our home on MLS, Realtor.com and Zillow, I was informed yesterday that THEY ARE NOT REALTORS.
