The electrician sent (****) was on time and knew how to troubleshoot and repair my electrical issues. Very polite, helpful and knowledgeable.
We were extremely pleased with the routine maintenance on our 2 furnace units. We were given adequate notice that the tech was arriving soon, the tech was professional & thoughtful in entering our home with protective shoe covers, and appeared very conscientious inspecting our units. He took time to explain what he had done after spending a significant amount of time inspecting each unit. We are comfortable that our units should be able to perform for another season without issues after this service.
I just got a new unit. The salesman plus all the guys doing the work were hardworking knew what to do without being told. They jumped in got the job done. They had to move stuff around but put it back in the exact spot without any hesitation. Great bunch of guys that had to work around all my stuff plus the heat. They cleaned up every little thing behind them. Dependable trustworthy hardworking friendly. I definitely would want a group of professionals to do my work always.
