Josh installed a new water heater. He was great--arrived on time, installation went smoothly, made good suggestions, and cleaned up afterwards. Couldn't ask for better service.
The technician Andrew noticed some other issues not related to my winter maintenance. He went above and beyond his normal duty to ensure that we were notified of this.
Modern Mechanical did an outstanding job on our laundry room/basement renovation. Both Paul and Brett's work was excellent--including a very artistic job rerouting a laundry chute from an upper floor---and they worked all day to relocate the heat pump in heavy snow without complaint. Abel provided great advice and communication. Highly recommended!

We are sold on Joey U.! He is the best and most professional service tech we have ever had work on our heating/ac unit! He diagnosed our leaking humidifier, created and executed a phenomenal solution. He kept us informed all the way, even detecting additional problems with clogged pipes and mold that we were unaware of, even after former servicing. Great service! Scott R. investigated and identified the root cause of a recurring problem. He consulted with the product manufacturer and obtained a cost-free replacement part to permanently fix the problem. Our heating and air conditioning needs have found a new home at Modern Mechanical!
