I came to trade for a new car. Phillip (salesman) has amazing energy. Although he mentioned he was new several times, he is going to be a stellar employee. They initially didn't offer me very much for my trade but I was able to negotiate easily with the finance manager (forgot his name sadly) and Phillip... to a number I was comfortable with.
