My dog is super shy. The entire staff was aware of that and made a point of being very gentle with her. That, and the super reasonable price is going to make me a customer for life.
This clinic was definitely the missing piece to the North Loop neighborhood! Dr. Michelle and her techs are so thorough and caring. The treatment and follow-up they provide is hands down the best we've had with our dog, and we'll continue to trust them with her care in the future!
Our dog, Chewie had her first visit at Modern Love today and it was great. Chewie has had bad experiences with vets in the past and is always apprehensive of a visit. Michelle, Sarah, and Lindsey were very friendly and patient with Chewie waiting for her to get comfortable and acclimated before starting her exam. We will definitely be back. What a great addition to the neighborhood!
