Heidi is amazing. We have now used her on three separate transactions (two sales and one purchase) and couldn't imagine using anyone else in the Northern VA area. Eric has now handled to transactions for me and both of them went great. He was able to keep the process moving forward even when other professionals involved in the transaction were causing delays. Eric was very accommodating to our schedule both when looking for a new home and selling our old one. When buying our new home he was very honest in assessing each home we looked at (pointing out the good and bad) and recommending a fair price for them. The purchase went very smoothly. Lynne and Bill helped us find the perfect home for our family! We never felt pressured to purchase a specific house based on how much commission they would make. We really felt like they just wanted the best for us. We often had our three small children in tow, and they were very accommodating with nap schedules and just the chaos that comes with children ?? We would recommend using them wholeheartedly!
